Please allow 3-5 working days to pack and dispatch your order. Particularly delicate / large / heavy items may require longer for specialist packaging but we will keep you updated and please contact us with any questions: info@sopasse.co.uk
We use a range of standard and specialist couriers and please let us know via email if you have any special delivery instructions or unavailable times to accept delivery.
Currently we deliver within the UK only.
Free delivery on all orders within the UK.
If the work arrives in a box or crate with damage please notify the courier, take photos and let us know immediately.
All works are condition checked and documented before packing. Please make sure you check your package within 24hrs of receipt and contact us immediately if the order is damaged. We will not be liablefor any damage that occurs after the point of delivery.
If no one is able to accept the merchandise we will attempt a re-delivery. If the second attempt fails the work will be returned to us. We will offer redelivery which will incur both the cost of the initial delivery and the new delivery. Refund requests will be considered less the transport costs for outward and return deliveries.
Returns
We hope you will love your new piece but if for any reason you aren't happy then we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of delivery. Please contact us via email to let us know you are returning the item and we will confirm the return address: info@sopasse.co.uk
Please package the item in exactly the same way that it arrived and return using the same courier service used for delivery with the same insurance. Return shipping costs are arranged and paid for by the purchaser and please retain proof of shipping.
On receipt of the returned work we will issue a full refund providing the work is in the same condition as when it left.
